Isamu Kashiide, Saburo Sakai Reunion in TOKYO 1985

Saburo Sakai was well known Zero pilot during and after WW II. We met and became friends during my first return visit to Japan in 1984. We participated in symposiums and visited and golfed together. That friendship continued until his death in August 2000. His memorabilia was presented to Nimitz/ Bush Museums in Fredricksburg, Texas by his wife and daughter, Michiko in 2002. I was invited to be guest speaker at that event.
