Mission 18 of 1/27/45 was against target 357- Nakajima- Musashino- west edge of Tokyo. Solid undercast precluded drop on Primary by the approximate 60 B 29s of 73rd Wing. Apparently alternate target of urban Tokyo was radar bombed. Sketch portrays central Tokyo area and where bombs exploded. The photo of damages appeared in Tokyo newspaper evening of January 27, 1945.
